Hayley Paige & Her Signature Wedding Dresses Return at NYBFW

Famed bridal designer Hayley Paige, known for her iconic, whimsical wedding dresses draped with her personalized brand of femininity, makes a return at New York Bridal Fashion Week. After an openly publicized battle, for which Hayley was the voice of women in business, the designer is now set to release her new bridal collection in July 2025.

The Hayley Paige brand is synonymous with the designer behind the scenes. A fashion icon who espouses merriment through whimsy, femininity, and joy. Having had the pleasure of working on her latest editorial during NYBFW, I can say with the utmost of confidence that Hayley Paige is every bit as delightful and enchanting as you might expect if you haven’t yet had the pleasure of meeting her. Her much-anticipated return to the world of bridal fashion was marked with a big, beautiful soirée dubbed “Spark After Dark”.

The event was a glittering scene of aptly named cocktails, fashionable guests, and luxuriant arrangements of fresh florals. All in all, it evoked the celebratory spirit of NYBFW with the festivities of attending your best friend’s wedding. But, just outside the event, in the ever-buzzing streets of NYC, is where the magic began. 

Past the doors, beyond the red carpet, a vintage yellow taxicab with ‘Hayley Paige’ emblazoned across the rear windshield awaited. Alongside it was a flourish of models donning Hayley Paige signature wedding dresses. And nestled among the gaiety was Hayley herself. She dressed for the evening in a layered mini dress that closely resembled her bridal ballgowns. Topping off her look was a flouncy, oversized bow adorning her blonde locks.

It was a much-anticipated moment that marked her official return, as if we could ever avert our eyes from Hayley’s undeniable presence. But, above all, it was a rebirth. A time where creative energy could not only be on full display, but also celebrated with the gusto and enthusiasm of those who call themselves merrymakers by day.

If you’ve followed the zeitgeist of the Hayley Paige phenomenon long enough, you’ll know that the designer launched a line dubbed ‘She is Cheval’. A highly lauded line of shoes and accessories that embrace elegance, whimsy, and a touch of magic. On the evening of the soiree, Hayley and her crew of chic models paired bridal gowns with kitten heels and pumps from She is Cheval.  Showcasing a complete head-to-toe designed by Hayley Paige look.

There’s something to be said about a woman hailing a cab in a well-structured wedding gown. The fairytale of a wedding day gives way to the necessity of everyday life. Thus creating an expressive moment where artistry meets demand, allowing you to step inside a new kind of story. Very representative, I suppose, of Hayley’s much-awaited and highly embraced return to the bridal industry.
