Wadsworth Mansion is able to accommodate weddings with up to 200 guests in attendance for a sit-down dinner. For weddings exceeding a guest list of 200, a tent rental will be required to accommodate guests on the Wadsworth Mansion patio.

You may be wondering if you can host your vows at Wadsworth Mansion along with your reception celebration. The answer is yes. Wadsworth Mansion can accommodate wedding ceremonies on its patio, lawn, or the tennis pavilion. There is no additional cost involved with hosting your wedding ceremony at Wadsworth Mansion.
Wadsworth Mansion Wedding Cost
Hosting your wedding at Wadsworth Mansion includes a 9-hour rental of the venue. Furthermore, the venue is an exclusive rental. You will have full access to the grounds of the wedding venue for your wedding as well as your wedding day photos, with no other weddings or events taking place on the day of your wedding.
To host your wedding at Wadsworth Mansion in 2025, the rates are as follows.
$4500 – For weddings taking place on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays during off-peak season. The off-peak season is detailed as the months of January, February, March, and December.
$6000 – For weddings taking place on a Sunday during a non-holiday weekend. This cost applies to peak season. Peak season is detailed as the months of April, May, June, July, August, September, October, and November.
$6500 – For weddings taking place on a Friday during peak season. Peak season is detailed as the months of April, May, June, July, August, September, October, and November.
$7000 – For weddings taking place on a Saturday, holiday, or the eve of a holiday during peak season. This includes Memorial Day, The 4th of July, Labor Day, and Indigenous Peoples Day (formerly known as Columbus Day). This also applies to weddings occurring during peak season. Peak season is detailed as the months of April, May, June, July, August, September, October, and November.
$10000 – For a wedding taking place on New Year’s Eve. A New Year’s Eve Wedding Comes with a curfew of 2 am.
$4500 – For weddings that are considered a ‘late booking’. A late booking wedding is one that is booked no more than four months in advance of the wedding date and is dependent upon availability.
Full Buyout – A full buyout is described as a 12-hour wedding day. If you wish to purchase a ‘full buyout’ of Wadsworth Mansion for your wedding, you will need to contact the venue directly for availability; which will vary depending upon the day and month of your wedding date.

Libations
There are three distinct options available for the bar and beverage service at your wedding
The first is to select a caterer with a liquor license. This will allow them to bring in the required spirits, along with licensed bartenders, to serve guests at your wedding.
Second, you may hire a licensed service provider of your choosing to bring in spirits and serve guests.
Lastly, you, or a family member, may bring spirits to your wedding, with a caveat. Your caterer must provide a licensed bartender to serve your guests.
